The Foundation aspires to play a major role in nurturing and sustaining traditional and dying Indian Art forms, handicrafts. It is the endeavor of the Foundation to support the cause of artisans and families engaged in such creations and provide the window for show-casing and promoting such well-known albeit fading forms due to the lack of support and direction.

Towards the achievement of the above objectives, the society has engaged itself in various activities, associated with organizations conducting charitable events, supported individuals in diverse ways including financial assistance, running cultural programs at the airport and supporting the cause of Hindustani and Carnatic music as well as amateur artistes and setting up of Centers of excellence to promote, nurture the art crafts and the artists such as Chivurachitrangal of Kerala, Leather Puppetry of AP and Ganjifa Folk Art of Karnataka

The Foundation is constantly embarking on new initiatives beneficial to the less privileged and the society at large. The focus is on supporting worthy, meaningful causes in a manner that these become self-sustaining – eg., both the art form and the artistes involved as well as presenting India to the world in all its glorious forms and attributes.
